Directors' right to acquire Shares under the Jacques Vert Plc 2010 Conversion Plan

On 18 August 2011, the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Jacques Vert Plc (the "Company") granted the right to acquire ordinary shares of 10p in the Company (the "Shares") as set out below at nil cost, under the Jacques Vert Plc 2010 Conversion Plan (the "Plan") subject to the rules of the Plan. The grant of these options is as a replacement for restricted share awards that were granted over the same Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan where the performance conditions attaching to those shares have been met.
