JumpTV Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO--(Marketwire - June 26, 2008) - JumpTV Inc. (TSX: JTV) (AIM: JTV), ("JumpTV" or the "Company"), a leading provider of live and
on-demand sports and international programming over the Internet, today announced the results of its Annual and Special Meeting of
Shareholders held on June 26, 2008.

At the meeting, the shareholders of JumpTV re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as auditors of the Company for the next financial year.

Additionally, the Company announced Jordan Banks will cease acting as CEO effective June 30, 2008. In conjunction with this news, Mr.
Banks indicated he would not stand for re-election as a director of the Company.

The shareholders of the Company re-elected the following directors:

-- Mark Amin, Vice Chairman, Lionsgate Entertainment
-- John Anderson, Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors, Ridley College
-- Gabriel Battista, retired telecom executive
-- Curt Mavis, Chief Executive Officer, CinemaNow
-- G. Scott Paterson, Executive Chairman, JumpTV

In addition, the shareholders approved, by ordinary resolution, the Company's proposed Employee Share Purchase Plan.
