The Company has been informed that on the 21 September 2005 Jenny Hogg, the
company secretary of Lambert Howarth Group, sold 10,125 Ordinary Shares each at
a price of 215p per share. Following this sale, Miss Hogg no longer has an
interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
