Tender Offer by Collins Stewart Limited to purchase Ordinary Shares for up to a 
maximum value of approximately #10 million at a price of between 206 pence and 
246 pence per Ordinary Share

Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting

29 November 2005


Further to the announcement on Friday, 25 November 2005, Lambert Howarth
announces that, at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the
special resolution to approve the Tender Offer, as set out in its circular to
shareholders dated 2 November 2005 (the "Circular"), was duly passed.

Lambert Howarth expects to make an announcement later today confirming whether
or not the remaining Conditions to the Tender Offer, as set out in the Circular,
have also been fulfilled and, therefore, whether the Tender Offer can proceed as
planned.

Definitions used in this announcement have the same meanings given in the
Circular, setting out the formal terms of and conditions to the Tender Offer.
