The Company announces that, on 24 February 2022, the Trustees of
the Company's SIPS scheme issued 585 ordinary shares of 25 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain PDMRs in the
Company as follows:

The Company has been informed that, on 21 February 2022,
Philippa French, a person closely associated ("PCA") to Fabian
French, a PDMR of James Latham, sold 7,464 Ordinary Shares at a
price of 1200p. As a result of the sale, Mr French's beneficial
shareholding the in the Company is now 370,052 Ordinary Shares
representing 1.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
