The Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (the Company)
announces that, as at 31 March 2020, the unaudited net asset value
(NAV) of the Company was 65.32p per share.
The NAV reflects the closing bid prices of quoted securities as
at 31 March 2020. Investments in unlisted companies are normally
valued on a six-monthly basis and the NAV incorporates the
Directors' valuation of unlisted investments as at 31 December
2019, adjusted for subsequent events where appropriate.
