The Company hereby announces that its registered address has changed, with
effect from today, to 45 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1SZ.

This address is also the Company's new principal place of business, providing
16,000 sq feet of office space for all the Company's activities. As highlighted
at the time of admission to AIM, the relocation will provide the Company with
the accommodation to accelerate its market penetration.
