                 Money Debt & Credit Group plc (the 'Company')

                            Grant of options


The Company announces that on 7 November 2007 certain Directors personally 
granted options to senior management over 475,000 ordinary shares already in 
issue. The options were granted to eight employees, including three directors 
Gerard Kelly, Karl Pykerman and Daniel Reardon who were awarded options over 
125,000 ordinary shares, 110,000 ordinary shares and 110,000 ordinary shares 
respectively.  The exercise price of each option is 17.5 pence being the 
closing mid price of the Company's share immediately prior to the options 
being granted.  The earliest date the options can be exercised is the second 
anniversary of the date of grant.
