Results of General Meeting
The Board of Directors of the Company today announces that all
of the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting convened
yesterday were duly passed, resulting in the Company adopting
amended Articles of Incorporation which provides for the creation
of the Liquidity Facility described in detail in the shareholder
circular and notice for yesterdays's general meeting. The Board of
Directors note that a number of votes were cast against these
resolutions and will reach out to such holders in order to
understand their reasoning for such votes. Further information on
the votes cast on each resolution will be available on the
Company's website shortly.
Attached to this announcement are Forms of Election which
shareholders who desire to participate in the Liquidity Facility
must submit to the Company's registrar Computershare prior to 15
December, in accordance with the instruction on such Form.
Both types of Form of Election will also be posted to the
Company's website shortly.
