                          ("iPoint" or "the Company")                          

                                Issue of equity                                

Under the terms of its standby equity distribution agreement dated 25 August
2006 with Cornell Capital Partners L.P. ("Cornell"), the Company has drawn down
�30,000 and consequently has issued 315,789 ordinary shares to Cornell at 9.5p
per share. Cornell now holds 9,156,820 ordinary shares in the Company,
equivalent to 11.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of iPoint.

Application has been made for 315,789 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares
will commence on 3 November 2006.

Following the admission of these shares the Company will have 82,964,240
ordinary shares in issue.
