                                 Notice of EGM                                 

The placing effected in November 2006 fully utilised the ability of the
Directors to allot and issue Ordinary Shares for cash on a non-pre-emptive
basis. There has recently been interest from Israeli institutions who wish to
invest in the Company and the Directors believe that it is in the Company's
best interests to seek a new general authority to allot and issue Ordinary
Shares for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis, in order to be in a position to
able to satisfy that demand. However, there can be no guarantee that, following
the Extraordinary General Meeting mentioned below, this demand will still be
there.

Accordingly, a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at
10.00am on 19 March 2007, at the offices of John East & Partners Limited,
Crystal Gate, 28-30 Worship Street, London EC2A 2AH ("EGM") has been sent to
shareholders today in order to put the necessary resolutions before
shareholders.
