                                Issue of Shares                                

The Company announces that it has issued 36,234 ordinary shares in the issued
share capital of iPoint (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.03 per cent.
of the enlarged issued share capital. The Ordinary Shares are being issued to
non-executive director Gerald Raingold, in respect of his fee for the 12 month
period to 31 August 2008.

Following the issuance, Mr Raingold will beneficially hold a total of 75,514
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital.

Application has been submitted to AIM for a total of 36,234 Ordinary Shares to
be admitted to trading and dealings are expected to commence on 24 December
2008. Following the admission, iPoint will have 113,515,645 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
