                                Issue of Equity 
 
The Company announces that it has issued 350,000 new ordinary shares pursuant 
to the exercise of options by an employee under the Company's Share Option 
Plan. 
 
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading 
on AIM. Admission of these shares is expected to become effective and dealings 
on AIM are expected to commence on 19 April 2010. Following the Admission of 
these shares, the Company will have a total of 150,520,616 ordinary shares in 
issue.
