Record Label Agreement with Big Machine Label Group and MelodyVR EU Launch

EVR Holdings plc (AIM: EVRH), the leading creator of virtual reality music content and its subsidiary MelodyVR Ltd ('MelodyVR') is pleased to confirm that as announced in the RNS dated 25(th) June 18, the MelodyVR music platform (The MelodyVR app) has now successfully launched to the public in France, Germany, Sweden, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Greece, Austria and Belgium.

The application, is now available throughout Europe and the United States launched in tandem with Facebook's $199 hardware device from the Oculus division, named 'Oculus Go'. The MelodyVR platform has also launched additional new VR experiences today, available to purchase from artists such as: Plan B, Tokio Myers, UB40, Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, and current #1 iTunes artist, Tom Walker.

In addition, the company is pleased to announce a record label agreement with Big Machine Label Group ('Big Machine'). Big Machine is Led by Founder, President and CEO Scott Borchetta. the Big Machine Label Group encompasses Big Machine Records, The Valory Music Co., BMLG Records, Big Machine Records/John Varvatos Records and publishing company Big Machine Music as well as its own digital radio station, Big Machine Radio.

Big Machine Label Group artists include superstars Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett, Brantley Gilbert, Ronnie Dunn, Cheap Trick and Sugarland; chart-topping acts Justin Moore, Eli Young Band, Brett Young, Aaron Lewis, Midland, Carly Pearce; "The Voice" winner Danielle Bradbery and 2015 "American Idol" winner Trent Harmon. BMLG artists have received multiple GRAMMY, CMA, ACM, AMA, CMT, Teen Choice, MTV, Billboard, People's Choice and Brit Awards.
