Announcement of Interim Dividend

The Board of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce that an interim dividend in respect of the 2023 financial year to 31 January 2024 of 68.5 pence per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors (Financial year to 31 January 2023: 22 pence per share), payable on 28 March 2024 to shareholders of ordinary shares on the Company's register at the close of business on 1 March 2024. The ex-dividend date is Thursday 29 February 2024.
