Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM posted

The Directors of NEOS are pleased to announce that the Report and Accounts for the 18 month period to 30 June 2012 and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) have today been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11.30am on Wednesday 28(th) November 2012 at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG.

The Notice for the AGM can be found on pages 55, 56, and 57 of the Annual Report.
