Company Secretary Appointment

NewRiver announces that Morgan Sharpe Administration Limited ("Morgan Sharpe") has been appointed as Company Secretary to the Company with effect from 9 February 2015, to replace Caroline Tolhurst who resigned as Company Secretary from that date.

Morgan Sharpe has been appointed on an interim basis, until a permanent Company Secretary is found. Morgan Sharpe was the Company Secretary of NewRiver from its' incorporation until 21 November 2012 and have remained as the Guernsey Administrator to the Company since then.
