Termination of Potential Offer Talks

On 13 December 2007, it was announced that COMS was in engaged in talks with
Sim4Travel (Holdings) plc (PLUS: SIMO) which may have led to an offer for the
entire issued share capital of Sim4Travel (Holdings) plc being made by Coms. The
board of Coms today announces that the talks have been terminated and as such
all discussions relating to an offer have now ceased and the Company is no
longer in an offer period.

Accordingly, the conditional, irrevocable binding undertaking given by Nettworx
to Coms will terminate with immediate effect.
