Grant of options

announces that on 03 October 2024 nil-cost share options over
ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company were granted under
the OXB 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

RSU Awards are divided into four tranches, not subject to

03/10/2028 respectively
