Property Acquisition and Management Limited (the "Company")

Further to the announcements made on 10 September 2004 and 20 September 2004,
the Company announces that it intends to cancel the listing of both its Ordinary
Shares and its Preference Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, and cancel its admission to
trading on both the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange
in twenty business days on 5 November 2004.
