Publication of Notice of
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the
Company will be held on Tuesday 30 July
2024.
Further details are contained within
the Notice of Annual General Meeting which has been posted to
shareholders and made available on the Company's website along with
the 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements.
Shareholders are encouraged to
complete and return their forms of proxy within the prescribed
timeframe, so that all proxy votes can be counted.
The Company will also provide an
online presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on 30
July 2024 at 10:30am.
The presentation is open to all
existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted
pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am
the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
