There are no shares held in
Treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of
shares with voting rights in Picton
Property Income Limited as at 31 January 2025 is
547,185,145.
This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify the Company and the FCA of
their interest in, or change to their interest in, Picton Property
Income Limited under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
