Phoenix Group Holdings plc (the "Company")
A block listing application has been made for
2,100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be
admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange. The admission is expected to be effective on
16 December 2024.
These shares will be allotted in accordance
with the rules of the Company's ShareSave Scheme and Deferred Bonus
Share Scheme in the following amounts:
