Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM:
PPS), the designer and producer of hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen
fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint,
announces that Helmut Gierse, Non-Executive Chair of the Company,
was informed on 12 April 2024 by his broker that on 9 April 2024
550,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary
Shares") held by Mr Gierse were sold
at an average price of 3.1 pence per Ordinary Share, in order to
fund income tax and other liabilities resulting from the receipt of
Ordinary Shares, as announced by the Company on 8 March
2024.
Following the sale,
Helmut Gierse's beneficial
interest in the share capital of the Company is 10,115,005 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.61% per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
