Appointment and Resignation of Directors

The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Patel to the Board
of Directors of the Company, effective as at 10 March 2008. Jay Patel is an
Executive Director of SPARK Ventures plc.

John Spooner resigned as a Director of the Company on 10 March 2008. It is also
the intention of the Board that Andrew Holmes will resign at the Annual General
Meeting in May 2008. John and Andrew were the founders of the management group,
Quester which was acquired by SPARK Ventures plc in May 2007. The Directors of
the Company would like to thank John and Andrew for their contribution and
commitment to the Company since its establishment in 2000.

No further disclosures are required under Rule 9.6.13 (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6)
of the Listing Rules.
