                               Issue of warrants 
 
Further  to the placing of 300,000,000 new  ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the 
Company  ("Ordinary  Shares")  at  0.5 pence  per  share  (the "Placing Shares") 
announced  earlier today, the Company  has issued one new  warrant for every ten 
Placing  Shares held.  This equates  to the  issue of  warrants over 30,000,000 
shares. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share 
in  the Company at  an exercise price  of 0.5 pence per  share. The warrants are 
exercisable until 18 February 2013. 
 
The total number of warrants now in issue is 155,388,604, comprising:
