The Board of ReEnergy announced on 31 March 2008 that it was actively pursuing a
number of channels to raise additional short-term working capital to enable the
Company to continue to trade beyond April 2008.

The Board confirms that discussions regarding a corporate action are continuing
and the Board expects to be in a position to update shareholders shortly.
