ReEnergy is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, 
for the 12 months ended 31 December 2008 (the "Report and Accounts"), together 
with a Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM") were posted to 
shareholders yesterday. The Report and Accounts together with the Notice of AGM 
will be available for viewing or download from the Company's website at 
www.reenergygroup.com from 9.00 am today. 
 
 
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Tower 42, Level 25, 25 Old 
Broad Street, London EC2N 1HQ on 17 July 2009 at 11.00 am.
