ARTHUR SHAW & COMPANY PLC ("Arthur Shaw")
Roll out of pay per view and promotional Internet broadcasts

The following is the text of an announcement due to be released tomorrow on
the web site of Cyberconcerts, which is owned and operated by Morrison
Internet Merchants Limited, ("MIML") utilising the services of Mike Mansfield
Television Limited ("Mike Mansfield TV"). Both companies are wholly owned
subsidiaries of Arthur Shaw.

Cyberconcerts announces the start of the roll out of pay per view and
promotional broadcasts.

The first of three, in conjunction with RCA Records and Spring Communications,
the largest pay per view company in the USA, will be webcasting the multi
platinum American artist The Foo Fighters, formed by ex-Nirvana member Dave
Grohl. The recording of the concert took place in Atlanta on November 3rd and
will be launched over the Internet in the USA between Christmas and the new
year. As the first ever full motion, full screen, truly interactive webcast
by Cyberconcerts it will be available on broadband, midiband and narrowband.

The second pay by view broadcast will be an extraordinary link-up between Jean
Michel Jarre and the creator of "2001, A Space Odyssey", Arthur C. Clarke.
Also featured will be TK, one of the giants of Japanese Music. This #2 million
project, entitled "Rendezvous in Space 2001", will be broadcast interactively
from various parts of the globe, including Okinawa, Japan.

Both of these shows will be shown using Cyberconcerts new midiband technology
and on broadband. It is the combination of this new midiband (which has a
larger screen, full motion, near perfect visual quality), plus broadband
connectivity which will allow us to commence broadcasting from 1st January
2001.

September/October 2001 will see Cyberconcerts and Mike Mansfield TV, in
association with Carlton Television, producing a dual TV and Internet
worldwide show, "The Most Popular Song In The World Contest", to be streamed
from London. Cyberconcerts in association with Carlton Television will be
looking for the world winner in a spectacular final at a venue to be
announced.

In addition to these broadcasts there will be a series of shows with our own
artists and sportsmen in a number of uniquely tailored shows which will
feature Lennox Lewis, Theirry Henry, Tony Adams, Sir David Frost and others.
Selected shows are being scheduled for the summer of 2001 leading up to Autumn
2001, the beginning of the broadband revolution. It is our intention to
produce at least one major broadcast concert/show per month until Christmas
2001 moving to two shows per month from 2002. At present, other broadcast
shows being contracted for the latter part of 2001 are expected to involve a
range of artists including The Spice Girls, Shirley Bassey, Culture Club and
Madness.
