Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group,
announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended
31 January 2024 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
are now available at the Company's investor website

The AGM will be held on 28 June 2024
at 10:00am at Sanderson Design Group's headquarters, Voysey House,
Sandersons Lane, London W4 4DS.
