    Clarification of position regarding SCi Entertainment Group plc ("SCi")


    On 28th April 2008 Infogrames Entertainment SA ("Infogrames") announced that it had presented the SCi Board with a detailed indicative
offer for SCi that the Infogrames Board believed had the potential to be significantly value enhancing to both SCi's and Infogrames'
shareholders.

    Infogrames today confirms that, in view of the completion by SCi of its placing and open offer, it has no current intention of making
any offer for SCi.

    For the purposes of Rule 2.8 of the City Code on Takeovers and Merger ("the City Code"), Infogrames reserves the right to announce an
offer or possible offer for SCi or make or participate in an offer or possible offer for SCi and/or take any other action which would
otherwise be restricted under Rule 2.8 of the City Code within the next six months in the event that:

    (i) the agreement or recommendation of the Board of SCi for any offer (whether full or partial) is forthcoming; or

    (ii) there is an announcement by or on behalf of a third party of a possible offer or a firm intention to make an offer (whether full or
partial) for or merger with SCi, or SCi announces that it has received an approach in relation to a possible offer from a third party or
formally invites an offer for SCi; or

    (iii) SCi announces a "whitewash" proposal for the purposes of Note 1 on the dispensation from Rule 9 of the City Code or any other
proposal to implement a scheme of arrangement or reverse takeover; or

    (iv) there is a material change in circumstances; or

    (v) SCi undertakes or announces an intention to undertake any material recapitalisation or security issue (where material is defined as
10% of the equity market capitalisation of SCi as at the close of business on the date of this announcement) or any acquisition, merger,
joint venture or other business combination transaction, or any disposal of, or involving, a material amount (where "material amount" is
defined in Note 2 on Rule 21.1 of the City Code).
