Stockcube  Plc  ("Company") is pleased to announce that as at 17 May 2010, the  record  date  for  the 
tender offer announced on 31 March 2010 ("Tender Offer"), acceptances had been received in respect  of 
3,388,860  ordinary shares in the Company, representing 83.23 per cent. of the shares the  subject  of 
the Tender Offer and 35.26 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
