Application
Springfield Properties plc (AIM:
SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering
private and affordable housing, announces
that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for
a block listing of 227,672 new ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The Ordinary
Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of
share options under the Springfield Properties plc Performance
Share Plan.
When issued, the Ordinary Shares
under the block listing will rank pari passu with the Company's
existing issued Ordinary Shares. It is expected that admission will
be effective on 11 April 2024.
