Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 7 February 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 135,489 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,536.63 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 49,092,264 ordinary shares held in treasury and 128,015,694 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
