Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 12 February 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,540.73 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 49,477,169 ordinary shares held in treasury and 127,630,789 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
