Update on Bank Loan

The Company has agreed with its bankers to extend the repayment of GBP1.6 million of its term loan from 31 October 2023 to repaying GBP900,000 on or before 31 October 2023 and GBP700,000 on or before 13 December 2023.

It is expected that the Company will satisfy repayment of the GBP900,000 on 31 October 2023 from the net proceeds received from certain of the Harbour Arch Quay apartment sales, with the final apartment sale expected to complete in November 2023.
