appointment  of Edward Buchan to the Board of  TGI  as  a  Non
Executive Director with immediate effect.

Edward  Buchan  is  a  Managing  Director  of  Close  Brothers
Corporate Finance Limited and is also a Non Executive Director
of Tibbett & Britten Group plc.
