Further to the News Release dated August 2, 2022, a Shareholder Meeting will be held with a revised date of September 29, 2022 at 9:00 am (MDT) with a revised Record Date of August 24, 2022. This meeting is being held to approve the proposed merger transaction with VAALCO Energy, Inc. announced on July 14, 2022.
