The Company today announces that it has
purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares on Exchange
(as defined in the Rules of the London Stock Exchange) from Peel
Hunt pursuant to its Buy-back Programme, details of which were
announced on 4 October 2023.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased
Ordinary Shares.
Following settlement and cancellation of the
above purchase of Ordinary Shares, the Company will have
513,546,733 Ordinary Shares in issue.
This figure represents the total number of voting rights in the
Company and may be used by shareholders (and others with
notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by
virtue of and for the purposes of the European Union (Withdrawal)
Act 2018, as amended, the schedule below contains detailed and
aggregated information of the individual trades made by Peel Hunt
as part of the Buy-back Programme.
Since the commencement of the Buy-back
Programme announced on 4 October 2023, the Company has purchased
6,722,408 Ordinary Shares on Exchange in aggregate at a volume
weighted average price of 140.10
GBp per Ordinary Share.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this
announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement by
the Company relating to the commencement of the Buy-back Programme
published on 4 October 2023.
