    Touch Group plc (the 'Company')

    Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has been notified that on 23rd December Vincent Isaacs, Executive Chairman, gifted 2,605,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company (*Ordinary Shares*) to a number of individuals including certain directors of the Company. A summary of those directors gifted
Ordinary Shares is provided below:
