Trochus plc (the "Company") was notified on 3 October 2007 that on 2 October
2007 Barclays plc disposed of 350 ordinary shares in the Company of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, Barclays plc now has 149,081
Ordinary Shares, representing 8.99 per cent. of the total voting rights of the
Company.
