The Company received a notification today from INVESCO English and
International Trust plc, informing it that it has a beneficial interest in
800,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 3.616% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. The shares are registered in the name
of Chase Nominees Limited.
