APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with the Relationship Agreement between TUI AG (56.44% shareholder) and TUI Travel and, following receipt of the requisite Notice from TUI AG, Rainer Feuerhake has stepped down as a Shareholder Director and has been replaced by Friedrich Joussen with effect from 8 February 2013.

Friedrich was appointed as a member of the Executive Board of TUI AG on 15 October 2012 and will take over as Chief Executive Officer of TUI AG on 13 February 2013.

The Company confirms that there are no further matters requiring disclosure in relation to paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
