Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, TUI Travel PLC ("TUI Travel") announces that the total number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue as at 30 September 2014 was 1,133,842,328.

TUI Travel does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in TUI Travel is therefore 1,133,842,328. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TUI Travel.
