Urals Energy Public Company Limited (LSE: UEN) (the "Group"), the international
oil and gas exploration and production company which was admitted to trading on
the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in August 2005,
confirms that its Year End 2005 Reserves Report by DeGolyer and MacNaughton, the
Group's independent reserve engineers, is now available to download via the
Group's website: www.uralsenergy.com.



This follows the announcement on Tuesday 18 April 2006 of the Group's
preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2005.
