production company, with operations in Russia, announces today the
redenomination of its share capital from Cypriot Pounds to United States Dollars
following the passing of certain resolutions at its Extraordinary General
Meeting held at 10.00am on 22 January 2008 at Evagoras Buildings, Office 34, 3rd
Floor, 31 Evagoras Avenue, Nicosia, Cyprus. The Company's authorised and issued
share capital was amended accordingly.
