RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO - January 28, 2009 - Visual Defence Inc. (LSE: VDI) today 
announces that the special resolution to cancel admission of its shares to 
trading on the AIM Market was passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the 
Company's shareholders held earlier today. 
The Company expects that cancellation will become effective at 07.00 a.m. on 
February 5, 2009.
