Van Dieman Mines Plc (the "Company") regrets to announce the resignation of the 
Non Executive Directors, Mr Bill Wise and Mr Harry Stacpoole from the Board of 
the Company with immediate effect. Mr Wise and Mr Stacpoole have resigned to 
pursue other business interests. 
 
 
The Board would like to thank Mr Wise and Mr Stacpoole for their efforts 
throughout their time with the Company.
