AGM and Posting of Annual Report & Accounts

The Board announces that the Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited 2011 annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4NA, on Wednesday, 21 March 2012 at 10.00 a.m.

The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2011, the notice of the AGM and a form of proxy for use at the AGM have been posted to Shareholders today. Copies of each of those documents will be available for download from the Company's website at www.vocfund.com shortly.
