Further to recent press comment, Vantis confirms that Roy Faichney and David 
Perrin, two employees of Vantis' tax division, are due to appear before Highbury 
Corner Magistrates' Court on 30 October 2009. The charges are brought against 
them personally, as set out in the summonses, and will be vigorously defended by
